In 1964, at the helm of the classic Mini Cooper S, Irish racer Patrick “Paddy” Hopkirk was the first to fly past the finish line at the prestigious the Rallye Monte Carlo. It was one of the most spectacular achievements in the history of international motor racing. A victory that defied all odds, and defined Mini as a fabled underdog in the world of motorsport.
